Carl Potvin

Carl Potvin has been representing individuals and businesses throughout Rochester, New Hampshire, and the surrounding community for more than 13 years.  He is licensed to practice in the states of New Hampshire and Maine, having been admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1988 and to the Maine Bar in 1989.  His practice is located at 89 Charles Street in Rochester.

Attorney Potvin is dedicated to the general practice of law and is very attentive to his clients' legal needs.  He represents individuals in both state and federal courts, in litigation matters concerning Personal Injury, Divorce, Family Law, Custody, Probate, Estate Administration, Real Estate, Land Use, and Bankruptcy.  Attorney Potvin also provides services in Business and Commercial Law, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Real Estate closings.

Attorney Potvin received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1988.  He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Merrimack College in 1978, majoring in Psychology.  He is a member of the Strafford County Bar Association, New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and an active participant in the Pro Bono Referral Program.  He is also certified to practice as a Guardian ad Litem in the Superior, District and Probate Courts of the State of New Hampshire .
